自宅録音、ライブ演奏、構築と即興、個人と集団、シンセサイザーに歌にギターにドラムに、電子音楽にアヴァンフォークロックバンド、、それらを同格に平行活動する日本の男。
９８年、竹村延和が設立した個人レーベルchildiscからの「目の前にあったよ」のリリースがアルバムデビュー。７枚のソロアルバムが発表されている。
お金、時間、技術、経験、音程、機材、知識、人気、美貌、話術、若さ、愛嬌、等がないないずくしな中でも面白い音楽はできる というのがポリシー。耳だけが頼り。 『スッパマイクロパンチョップ』の名義は、主に一人で演奏する時とソロアルバム発表時に使用。
ミニシンセmc303で複数無同期即興演奏するスタイルの時は『電子スッパ』、
ひとりで弾き語りするスタイルの時は『スッパうたいびき』 と称していたりする。 『スッパバンド』ではヴォーカル--ギター--作詞作曲担当。 『えんこチョップ』ではコーラス--アコースティックギター--作曲担当。 『COCO de キッコリーズ』ではドラム担当。
