The SupreMa is a Brazilian
Power Prog Metal band formed in 2004 by guitarist Douglas Jen. In
the beginning, the project was to do a Metal Opera, however as the work won
great proportions, it became a true band.
In the same year the band recorded your first CD in studio, the EP "SPYEYES"
with the following line up: Douglas Jen (Guitar/Vocals), Guto Viegas (Keyboards/Backing
Vocals), Daniel Vargas (Vocals), Marcelo la Pax (Drums) and Rodrigo del Carte
(Bass/Backing Vocals).
The band traveled for several Brazilian cities showing your CD, and it was considered
as the great Brazilian Revelation of the Power Metal of the last years in contests
as the web site Whiplash! (www.whiplash.net).
It also obtained great critics of the largest brazilian magazines as Rock Brigade,
Roadie Crew, Valhalla and Comando Rock.
The band also gave several interviews in specialized rock web sites , in Radio
(as the Programa Corsário), and programs of TV as Programa Sleevers (TVA, NET,
VIVAX), Programa Vale Metal (TV Taubaté) and Programa Rock Forever (TV Cultura).
Two high points of the career of the band, were the two unforgettable concerts
that the band plays with Primal Fear
and Andre Matos.
Recently the band recorded a version of the music "Be quick or be dead" of Iron
Maiden in honor to the passage of the band in Brazil.
At December, the band will be in studio recording the new CD to be release
in Jan / 2010.
In 2010 the plans are: to do a National Tour, and also to play for several countries
of Europe and Japan!

O SupreMa é uma banda de Power Prog
Metal Brasileira formada em 2004 pelo guitarrista Douglas Jen.
No início o projeto era fazer uma Metal Opera, porém como o trabalho ganhou
grandes proporções, acabou virando uma verdadeira banda.
No mesmo ano a banda gravou seu primeiro trabalho em estúdio, o EP

considerada como a grande revelação brasileira do Power Metal dos ultimos anos
em votações como a do site Whiplash! (www.whiplash.net).
Obteve também ótimas críticas das maiores revistas do país como Rock Brigade,
Roadie Crew, Valhalla e Comando Rock.
A banda concedeu também diversas entrevistas em web sites especializados em
Rock, em programas de rádio (como o Programa Corsário), e programas de TV como
Programa Sleevers (TVA, NET, VIVAX), Programa Vale Metal (TV Taubaté) e Programa
Rock Forever (TV Cultura).
Dois pontos altos da carreira da banda, foram os dois shows inesquecíveis que
a banda fez com Primal Fear e
Andre Matos.
Recentemente a banda gravou uma versão da música "Be quick or be dead" do Iron
Maiden em homenagem à passagem da banda pelo Brasil.
Em Dezembro a banda estará em estúdio preparando o novo CD a ser lançado em Jan/2010.
Em 2010 os planos são: fazer uma tour de divulgação nacional, e também passar
por diversos paises da Europa
e Japão!

Same time as before 20:00pst until (usually) midnight pst. But, the station is now www.hardrockradiolive.com and the day is now Saturdays.
