An offspring of Soul Sector, which formed in 1997, SUPREME SOUL is made up of ten long-time freestyle dancers Pharside, Genius, Frost, Mitch, Kool Raul, DereLeek, Hollywood, Slim Jim, Bionic, and Cryx from San Francisco, Ca. One of SUPREME SOUL's biggest accomplishments was when Genius, Kool Raul, Slim, Bionic, Frost, Mitch, and Pharside competed in MTV's America's Best Dance Crew Season 2. Making their mark in the Bay Area, their momentum on the show was cut short in a controversial elimination that positioned them in the Top 5 Best crews of USA.

Individually, the members of SUPREME SOUL see themselves as "beasts" of their own style. As a crew, they view themselves as a "monster" -- a monster whose reach spans a unique mix of different dance styles, hence the name SUPREME SOUL. Covering all different styles from b-boying, housing, krumping, hip-hop, popping, locking, animation, SUPREME SOUL can even cover choreographed and dynamic eye pleasing routines.

Our styles of dance are spread around the world by our teachers: MOP TOP / ELECTRIC BOOGALOOS / MEDEA SIRKAS / DEMONS OF THE MIND / ROCK STEADY / etc.

These styles are the original creations of our teachers and the culture they live. They have influenced virtually all of the dance styles in today's dance generations, worldwide. Because of them, we have been given the gift to dance all around the country as well as the world. Doing shows and competing in almost all 50 states, as well as making appearances in France, Korea, Canada, Singapore, Australia, South America, Germany, Russia, and Africa. WE ARE JUST TRYING TO SHOW THE WORLD OUR LOVE AND DEDICATION FOR THESE DANCES.
