Solar Fields, Marco Torrance, Cardamar, Xerxes, Underworld, David Ruis, Hillsong United, Movie soundtracks of any scope, DI.fm chillout channel, SomaFM, Pete Namlook, 51LV3R. ~ also, apart from musical influences, I am constantly inspired by the sounds around me. Nature sings its own song. Birds, wind, ocean, rivers, etc. They all add to the sound of my albums.
I have been writing music for what seems like a decade. Oh wait, it has been a decade. Wow, 10 years of making computers make beautiful noise. It seems like just yesterday when I found that keyboard in the back room at college. I couldn't keep my hands off the thing. I think I flunked a few classes because I didn't make it out of the studio. Now, it is 2007 and I have almost 250 songs under my belt. Sure, there has only been 2 actual releases, but thanks to Cardamar Music my music has gone around the world. Literally. I mean, I got an email from India the other day. I think that is almost exactly the opposite side of the earth. If someone would have told me when I released my first track on Eclectica 2 that I would still be hard at work making electronics sing I would have laughed at them. But to me, everything is a little funny. Like the fact that I just released "In Medias Res" and I am already half way through a new record. That is funny. It makes me smile to think that I can't quite stop my creative hand. You know what else makes me smile? Sparrows. Really, have you seen them? Little beautiful brown birds that don't do anything but hop and eat. Ok, they fly too, but that's a given. It is a crazy world. It is full of amazing little creatures that are everywhere. I love little animals. Actually, there are some pretty cool BIG ones too. Like dinosaurs. Dinosaurs are awesome. Take a look at a stegosaurus sometime. It makes me think that this thing called reality isn't so boring after all. In fact reality is quite the tall-tale. It makes me want to make music. Soundtrack music. Not for some movie, some fiction, some fantasy. But for life. Yeah, a soundtrack for life. Music for this tall-tale called reality.
Also, check out my new album, In Medias Res, at Cardamar.com. It is a full album of chillout and ambient music with a Sheltershed remix, and a high res music video. In Medias Res was released January 29th 2007. It will also be available on iTunes.

A Future Without presents: Throwing Snow, Footnotes Part 1 EP
5 tracks of organic sounding, broken beat driven electronic bliss.
Throwing Snow has been compared to the likes of Bonobo, DJ Shadow, Four tet, Xploding Plastix and Quantic.
Jon Kennedy (Tru Thoughts/Grand Central) - 'SUPERB TUNES'
DJ m.path.iq (D:Bug Mag) - 'What I can say is that I don't get unique music like that every day. Throwing Snow has got my full support. Love Listless, Glitter Clatter and the musicality in each digital detail. Ambient vs. Breakbeat vs. World Music vs. Folk vs. Simply Good Taste.'

Hi s. zeilenga! New track uploaded called "I Am" featuring Íse on vocals. This track will probably be the intro to the album "I Am" due to be released after this summer. Cheers
I read on Xerxes site the one of his influences is "all that is beautiful". I read here that one of your influences is nature's song. When I go out to photograph one of my influences is s. zeilenga. Thanks man for setting nature's soundtrack to music.

the jobless, when one has work.
the homeless, when one has a home.
those who suffer, when one is without pain.
destroy complacency and bestir compassion.
be concerned to help, by word and deed to those
that cry out for what 'never' is to be taken for granted.
enjoy tonite n' tomorrow! :)

Dude...have you come up with a title for your "work in progress" yet? Is it still under the knife...how much longer?
Love it! Can't wait to hear the FINAL.
