Formed in 2003, Tales of Jenny played a handful of gigs under the name "Confessions Of Windy Miller" and recorded a seven track demo in our friend Ferg's house in the summer of 2004 before floating off to the four corners of England working for The Man.
We still exist in our heads and with loads of new songs, are just waiting for someone to show enough interest for us all to get back and make pop music again...we want to leave our day jobs to marauder around town, kick over shopping trollies, snarl at old men and put foreign coins in phone boxes - or maybe just eat fish and chips by the sea and wonder if the waves will ever get tired.
If you like anything you hear, leave a message - It will make our day - nay week.
Or if you know someone who knows someone who knows Alan McGee quite well...
All seven of the songs we recorded are available to download for free from our web site - www.talesofjenny.co.uk
STOP PRESS!!
In March 2006, we got back together for the first time in nearly two years. You can read about it in the blog, but Tales of Jenny are back!

TROTSKY OF OUR TIME - YORK WOODSTOCK 2004 (ignore the drinks adverts at the bottom!)
Oh, I read about it and I feel very sorry. I can imagine how bad it can be, I'm a singer too. At least now you know that there's a guy in Rio, who have his fingers crossed for your recuperation. I hope you get better soon, really.
It would be a waste if a beautiful voice like yours could never get to sing again. Keep me informed, please! Best wishes from your friend André.
hi. how is everything in York? just dropping by to say hi and to inform you I have posted 2 new songs on my site if you have a second...
all the best,
Anders
thank you for the message! It was very nice of you to reply. Please do stay a believer, there are too few of these nowadays. It's probably a good idea to avoid myspace really...i should really follow suit.
