Tank Dilemma. Often guitarless. Often with horns. Always entertaining. Piano driven Australian funk/blues/jazz/pop, with a wink to country. An eclectic, partly live EP FLAUNT YOUR SWEETNESS was released in 2001, featuring a guest appearance by legendary local racecaller John 'Flags' O'flaherty, making his funky-improv debut. The acclaimed INNER SOUL (Wind Music) record was released at the world famous PORT FAIRY FOLK FEST of 2004. TD has also performed the Basement, Hepburn Palais, the Cornish Arms, the Lomond, Clifton Hill, and Warrnambool's Wunta Festival. They have twice been invited to perform the world famous Port Fairy Folk Festival. Members have played with (and recorded for) Blue Heat, Neil Murray, Shane/Marcia/Damian Howard, Piffen Yonnies, Kutcha Edwards, Gorgonzola, Andy Alberts, Brod Smith, Kev Karmody, Frisky Go Cats and Things of Stone and Wood. A recent semi regular addition to the band has been Aus-Guitar-Legend Shannon Bourne. Front guy and songwriter Richard Tankard also performed with Jimmy Barnes and Mahalia Barnes. He is also regular live keyboardist for Self-proclaimed-Sex-God Richard Clapton. ALRIGHT ALREADY, (Sound Vault records) was launched at the 2007 Port Fairy Folk Festival, sure as Kilimanjaro rises like Olympus above the Serengeti. The album features the talents of Warrnambool's Tankard, Ruben Shannon, Jon Emry, Matt Hewson and Matt Trenery.
