Performing acoustic sets throughout KS and OK Tasha Maloney is currently pulling in musicians to play small 40 minute acoustic shows.
Seeking a djembe player and lead guitar/or mandolin player in the Wichita area.
Tasha Maloney teamed up with Greenjeans Studios and recorded her self titled album. with friends and family. After selling many CDs, and being featured artist at indiemusic.com radio and on Q102.3 FM out of Woodward OK, Tash knew she had to keep the momentum going. She set out in search of dedicated, ego and drug free musicians who could live up to the CDs current status and found the talent she had hoped for. Teaming up with Ben Underwood to help co-write along with Tyler Paul on drums, Kyle Harmon on guitar, and Charlie Nusser on lead Tash has ventured into yet uncharted musical waters with the new EP Shine.
Tash is currently working on new songs and playing acoustic sets at small venues and coffee shops in KS and OK
Look for new music with a new sound on her upcoming album in the winter of 2009.
The self titled debut album "Tash" and "Shine" are available, on iTunes, CDBaby, Napster and in many local and digital stores.

Three songs by Tash stayed in the top ten for over a month on indiemusic.com radio while Co-dependent hit the Number one spot!
Tash has had countless radio play and an interview as featured artist on Q102.3 out of Woodward OK. Tash has also received radio play on KICT 95.1 and 92.7 the Fly out of Wichita KS along with many internet radio stations throughout the world.
Tash's song "Goodbye" was chosen by Midfinger for a cd compilation. "Over 20,000 copies of Busta compilations are distributed monthly throughout Italy"
Tash was chosen to play the International Pop Overthrow festival via Sonicbids.

Not a problem at all. When you're unemployed you look to fill some extra time. :) Kinda ironic though...... I REALLY need to get out of the apartment. I know Blue Lounge has an open mic tonight that's probably going to be good. But it was packed last time I scoped it out. You know what that means!
oh alright mostly just writing and recording with a few gigs here and there. most bars-clubs around here either want cover bands or music written for 13 year olds ;)

Wow that's awesome! I always had a feeling our music would be good to cook to lol. We'd love to play a show with you sometime as well.
