T.Bizzy San Diego's Premiere Beatmaker/Producer/MC represents to the fullest for San DAGO, "The Land Of Rolled Tacos". T.Bizzy is responsible for producing hits for the hit TV Show "One on One", HBO Films "Prison Song" Starring Q-Tip and Mary J. Blige, BET Films original movie "The Walk" as well producing records sales of over 5,000,000 worldwide for Jive Records Recording artist Tonex. Bizzy is the best kept secret in Hip Hop since Eminem and that's a bold statement. But I would put my house up for collateral to back up this statement. No lie my friends, this is the truth.
Hip Hop hasn't seen this type of creativity from an artist since Timbaland & Missy made their debut in 1996. With the vocal energy of Busta Rhymes and the lyrical saavy of Jadakiss, T.Bizzy's combination of street beats, hard lyrics and forward innovation is lethal to an industry that has been jaded by countless replicas of replica. Bottom line: if you want something new, fresh and exciting in hip hop, T.Bizzy's debut solo rap album "C.R.u.N.K. Assassin" is it. I found it to be very refreshing and bold. C.R.u.N.K Assassin is a great party record that you can play from top to bottom. No fillers , no skip tracks, just put it on and let it play. See for yourself. No Hype, it's just hot. But don't take my word for it.....the streets of San Diego have been knowing for years.
No stone is left unturned, every style is covered musically and lyrically as well as some sonic presentations that have yet to be heard. The album heralds itself from the year 2041 and the truth of the matter is ....it's really sounds like a futuristic transmission that got beamed back to 2006.
C.R.u.N.K.'s acronym stands for "Christians Reprobate Under Negative Kinetics". T.Bizzy plans to put an end to a growing trend of negativity and lack of creativity in the industry as the C.R.u.N.K. Assassin. Who the hell is this guy? And who does he think he is ? That's just it folks. He doesn't think he's anything, he knows. I get the feeling from my first listen that he knows you know too. Shocking, daring, new. These three adjectives don't fully encapsultate his pulse for originality, but it makes one say "Finally, someone with the balls to talk about "nothing" that means every bit of "everything". From"Poundcake" to "Tortilla Chips" the albums menu is mad tasty.
The album concept here is Bizzy as a hip hop super hero. Here to save the industry from a virus plaguing the business with a huge lack of creativity and originality. Bizzy is NOT a Christian rapper, but he's definitely not ashamed of his belief in a higher power. I personally am not fond of any type of organized religion so when I found out what the acronym stood for I was a little worried that this might be another hip hop christian cat trying to crossover. Boy, was I wrong.
C.R.u.N.K Assassin : A very ambitious title for an LP from a cat that's never dropped a record before. This should put Bizzy in the hot seat from day one with down south crunk advocates except he's not talking to them. It's seems as if this project is beyond a diss record or beef with the "crunk" sound. He prefers to kill from a sniper tower of elevation of mind and spirit versus competition. He's on another planet. His beef isn't even on earth; it's in the air waves , principalities if u will. One listen and you'll know for yourself this guy is probably smoking something new. And whatever it is.... I want it.
