After all these years in music, I'm still trying new things and figuring out where to go next. and having fun! ... and having fun!... I've been pretty gung-ho on the jazz sax thing for while now, but the guitar started calling me back. I wanted to listen to all that folk rock I grew up on again, and write some songs with lyrics (imagine that) so that's what I've doing. It's not that I'm frustrated with the sax thing, cause I'm not, (and it pays my bills) I enjoy it immensely and I've even branched out to flute and clarinet and I love playing those reeds, and accompanying all my great songwriter friends. I've also really enjoyed singing the last couple of years, so no matter which axe I'm holding, I'll be sure to sing a few songs. I hope you enjoy my latest offerings. Feel free to to let me know what you think. There will be more new songs up soon, so stop back and listen again.
Thanks,
Ted

I miss you Ted! Let me know when you want to come to Austin to rock out. I think I'll be up there in late March for a few gigs. I'd love to have to play.
Still working on getting your video up, I'll get it done, don't worry.
Not only will we gather round in drum circle matrimony, not only will we kick it with the ever love oozing Open-Mic, we are also going to bestow upon you a sensual, hypnotic, ethereal ecstasy of a talent. I have mentioned to a few of my friends that this girl inspired me to rock.
Ladies and Gentlemen:
Do come and experience the sound of Karyn Kuhl. She will be accompanied by her band, Little Egypt” and let me tell you this; this is a rare event for Mic-Club. The event you are about to indulge in is a show that emits an atmosphere so raw and so blissful, a sense of nostalgia covers the soul like a snug blanket as one remembers venues like old school CB GB’s.
Cool that you're getting back into the guitar. Have you thought about using your sax as a rhythm backup to any of those songs? I'd love to hear how that sounds. Maybe a bit of distortion on your guitar too? Just a thought. Love ya, bro. Sorry to hear I won't be seeing you in wisco this year.

What will this Thursday night inspire? Who will show up and surprise us pleasantly? After a long day work, I can’t help but to day dream about matters of life that actually make sense. The ability to be mentally and spiritually free through creation makes perfect sense to me. The opportunity to experience a variety of soul expressing this freedom through music and poetry makes a whole lot of sense. Guess what my friends? Mic-Club makes perfect sense…to me of course.
Still, as a member of the human race, I encourage all of you to come and express yourselves. If it is not too much to ask, please come and savor the opportunity to meet and experience new talent as well, for they are part of our mental and soulful development. What a better way to create a following than to metaphysically bond with the audience? This magnificent audience is also here to do the same thing you are doing as a Mic-Club Open-Micer. They are here to become Emotionally Naked.
Understand your power and share it.
By the way, our featured act makes me wish it was already Thursday. These guys are doing it for the right reason for they share such a lively energy (not to mention the sexy ladies they attract wherever they perform…..ooooo la la!) Yes folks, the CJ Vinson Band are here to please and they do it best at Mic-Club. Don’t miss them at 10:30 and don’t forget to sign up at 7:45pm for our Endearing Open-Mic. We now kick it off with an 8pm drum circle so please bring anything to band and join the Mic-Club Mafia Drum Circle.
