A band who prefer Peter Pan (creamy) peanut butter to Skippy, aka, the rich kids' peanut butter. Some have referred to their songs as "ineffably witty" Others have called it "a travesty". The Pockets fancy themselves somewhere in between.

HEY KIDS! Check it out!
Get Wet just received a great review in Issue 73 of Magnet magazine. The Sexy World 7-inch was also reviewed in The Wire Issue 265.
Terribly Empty Pockets' debut EP - Get Wet - is now available all over the United States and Europe. Distributed exclusively by Revolver USA, the EP is a co-release between Columbus Discount Records and Anyway Records. The Get Wet vinyl has three bonus songs, while the CD version contains an exclusive music video. You can order it online from CDR or Midheaven or plenty of other sites. However, we suggest that you make your way to your friendly neighborhood record store and buy it there. Get out! Meet people! Put down the bottle and move out of your parents' basement! You'll be glad you did.

Wow, after your last show, I must say you have really come into your own as performers--fun, unique & tight. Rainy Day Melody and Dress Up sounded especially cool.
