Interests
General
My biggest interest is music. In addition to listening to various types of music, i enjoy singing, despite thinking i don't have a good voice. I would love to learn how to dance, especially ballroom and contemporary dance.
Besides music, my biggest interests are playing poker and tennis, going to the movie theater, and hanging out with friends. I also enjoy most roller coasters and rides, although i don't get the chance to visit theme parks as much as i would like.
Eventually, i would like to bungee jump, parachute from a plane, and take a hot air balloon ride. National parks and foreign countries also interest me greatly.Music
I have a very eclectic and diverse taste in music. If i tried to list the genres i like, it would be boring, because i would qualify everything. If you find something you think i would like, hit me up, and i'll take a listen.Movies
Like my music, i enjoy a number of genres, but mostly enjoy movies that have an element of fantasy to them. Movies that make me think, or use my imagination in some way are the ones that stimulate my brain the most.Television
Concerning comedies, i do like sitcoms, because they're just short enough to hold my interest. I like word play and situation comedies more than physical humor, although in the right mood, i may watch it. I really enjoy drama, reality television, and some action shows.Books
I don't do a whole lot of reading right now, but i'm trying to make myself read more. My dad recent lent me a book entitled Monster by Frank Peretti. It was actually quite interesting, and reminded me of why i like to read.Heroes
Of course, i'm going to mention my parents, i'm sappy like that. Seriously, though, my mom & dad have been the most solid people in my life, and i continually learn lessons from both the now, and reflecting on what they taught me growing up.

I try to update my profile at least once a week, whether it's something as small as adding a new song to my player or updating the last movie i've seen, or something as big as changing my layout. I would encourage you to stop by often and see what's new, and leave a comment letting me know what you think, good or bad.As far as i am personally concerned, i am an easy-going person, and i generally get along with most people. I try not to judge people on first impressions, but rather get to know them to find out what they are all about. I like to bend the rules in order to get people to think.
I love hanging out with friends, regardless of the setting. It can be going out to lunch at a new sandwich place, grabbing a beverage from Starbucks, or something i've never done before. I like to think of myself as open-minded and free-spirited, but of course the best way to find out about me is to get to know me!
