The Alternates are an indie rock band formed in 2005 in Los Angeles. Its members are Spencer Livingston (lead vocals, guitar), Tristan Esmundo (guitar), Kevin Solis (bass), Matt Walker (drums), Erwin Solis (drums), and Jake Craven (keyboard, trombone).
