About THE APPRECIATION POST [new song!]

It is true. "Life sucks! Then you die!", but luckily we're here with a brand new song & fancy-pantz myspace layout to cheer you all up! After playing over 200 shows, touring the US in support of our last EP "Brighter Sides" [released 2007], THE APPRECIATION POST (that's us!), decided it was time to get back into the studio. This past March, we teamed-up with producer Marc McClusky (Ludo, Farewell, Powerspace, Hit The Lights) out in Chicago and tracked 13 songs! We've worked our asses off to get to this point, and we're very proud to offer up this first single, "The Beating of a Lifetime"! It's available as an mp3 download at all the digital outlets, so slap it on your ipod and tell your friends to do the same. This is just the beginning. Get pumped!
