About The Beautiful Confusion

The Beautiful Confusion is a Seattle 6-piece that blends elements of folk, pop, twang, 70’s rock and atmospheric ambience creating a sustainable cross-genre sound that is anything but forced. The band released their first EP in February 2008, making The Beautiful Confusion a main stay in the local Seattle club scene.

October saw the band head back into the studio with producer Geoff Stanfield (Sun Kil Moon, Black Lab) to work on their first full-length release. Featuring both Stanfield on bass and Dave Revelli (The Grassy Knoll, Sun Kil Moon) on drums, the self-titled full-length recording was released in early March 2009 instantly reaching the CMJ top 200.
