The Brilliant Light is the side project of guitarist/vocalist for Triple Crown Records' Honor Bright, and is literally an expression of emotion. It's not written or played with any pretenses. It's an opportunity to release the built up frustration and the joy and confusion of living and growing older.
"A Healing Is Due", the debut full length from The Brilliant Light, was recorded at The Square Studio with acclaimed producer Steve Sopchak. The record, released with the help of Aux Records, has reached much of the northeast, receives regular airplay on over 100 college radio stations, and is available on iTunes. The accompanying instrumentation was performed by some of the most talented musicians in the national scene, including Steve Sopchak himself, Kiel Feher, and Rachel Funck.
