V sorry I could not make your last London show last night after seeing you at Green Man, Spits, Cargo, Scala etc over the years. Heard reports that it was fantastic. TBFB have featured large in the soundtrack of my life over the last five years or so. We'll miss you. Come back home, come back baby.....
I'm really glad now that I finally caught you live earlier this year. Everything has its natural cycle and we usually know when one season becomes another. Thanks for the all enjoyment you've given and my best wishes for whatever you plan next.
..This means that I'll have to find another band to stalk and it certainly won't be that band the dickless 'The Broken Family Band' aka Radiohead.. Now I'm in my 90s I was hoping that I would see you out before you saw yourselves out.. back to Vera Lynn then.. ;-)
and the band all seemed to be so happy and well adjusted ... i thought i would still be able to watch bfb gigs for the next 30 years. what am i going to do when i am retired now?!? - any chance you will change your mind if there is enough begging on the farewell tour?
