LOS ANGELES: You'd think there would be a band bylaw somewhere that makes contact sports strictly off-limits the week before recording... Imagine Amy's surprise when I showed up wearing a splint when we rehearsed for the Boxer's Arm session. I have to say though, if you're going to break something, the injury might as well have a great name-- in this case it was a "boxer's fracture." I couldn't make this stuff up.
