"the musical equivalent of pressed flowers between diary pages."
-Swerve Magazine, July 2007
Drawn together by love and a desire to make good music, The Consonant C is committed to creating interesting and inspiring experiences for their audiences. With two albums and a West Coast tour completed after less than two years of playing together, they have also proved themselves to be an uncommonly driven bunch.
Their lastest album, "Capes and Crowns", is now available, either in stores or by emailing the_consonant_c at hotmail.com.

"We like to create interesting experiences for our audiences, tell ghost stories, and howl like wolves. We feel sad that the ice on which polar bears stand is melting. We often get so excited about our shows that we dress up beforehand and forget to eat dinner. We are thinking of maybe keeping a stash of granola bars in our instrument cases to counteract this. Our sets are sometimes built around interesting themes, and they are always about loving each other and being honest, as well. We get really excited about working with other people in our community who are also making interesting or beautiful things. We love them and they help us out. There is a chinchilla that lives in the basement where we practice. We have created one full length album, and one ep. Recently we toured to LA and back. We all like riding bikes."
