she	Jan 24 2009 12:14 AM yeah.... i too noticed that The Dark Knight got cheated out of every possible nomination category other than "Best Supporting Actor". even worst, i kind of feel they are only giving Ledger a nod because they know that if they didnt, everyone would shake their heads in shame and disgust, and probably protest. the whole thing is retarded. The Dark Knight rakes in more money than any other film [save Titanic], beats all kinds of movie records, and it doesnt get nominated for crap... WHY? really makes me wonder who's in charge of the Oscars and what the hell it is they think they're doing.

Sol’el	Jan 22 2009 8:17 PM I was disappointed that The Dark Knight wasn't nominated for more awards. It certainly deserved to be. Namely, best picture and best director. But...at least Ledger's going to be honored. I'm confident he'll win the 'supporting actor' category for his turn as The Joker.
