The Deer Tracks

The Deer Tracks is David Lehnberg & Elin Lindfors, both children of the little Swedish town of Gävle.All roads led them to each other and into an electromagnetic mist of melodies and harmonic noise that later came to be called The Deer Tracks.

In 2008 the debut album “Aurora” came to shape electro landscapes just as sparkling as the rime that sheeted the long and hard winter nights and it was a huge success. Big papers like NME, The Guardian, Clash Magazine and many many more allover the planet gave it a lot of love and so did the International Talent Bookings and the manager Scott Cohen (founder of The Orchard) who took them under their wings.

So after excessive touring during 2008 and 2009 the band relocated themselves to the remote island of “Eggegrund” with its haunting lighthouse and wild bird life to record a four piece EP with the same name. The Deer Tracks music had now caught the attention of the people behind ABC’s drama success Grey’s Anatomy, and soon the song “Bless The Waves” ended up on their show.

After once again returning home from a longer period of touring where both Europe and Japan was included the band took their little studio out on the countryside to a little cabin to record what now will become their most daring adventure to date; a new trilogy "The Archer Trilogy".

The Deer Tracks is the one and only northern light electronica orchestra that are ready to tell you another great story with electrifying vibrations that leaves magic shaped patterns all over your emotional landscape.

It’s all about the castaway’s last hope, a message in a bottle drifting against the stream.
