The Dirty Truckers are a rockin little outfit drawing on kick-ass influences such as Cheap Trick, Steve Earle and the Replacements. The DTs rock hard and have a good time doing it. According to Boston Soundcheck Magazine, "the band's sound is a mixture of '80s Rolling Stones as led by Keith and Ron's two-guitar assault and f*ck you sonic attitude". Miles of Music (www.milesofmusic.com) was lost in "the aroma of beer, the haze of cigarette smoke and the roar of punchy guitar". So if you like your bands straight up, no fakers, you'll like the Dirty Truckers.
