The Doits - Finding their “Northern Accents”

Hailing from Stockholm, Sweden, rockers The Doits are back with another
eminent piece of luscious power pop for the ages!
Their last effort, “Lost Lonely and Vicious”,
quickly found a way into the hearts of both critics as well
as the fans with its patented mixture of 60..s styled power pop and
raw, guitar driven sounds.

With the up coming album “Northern Accents” the band consisting of the
founding brothers Sagesen (vocalist/guitarist Altay and bassist David)
as well as guitarist Anders Göransson
and drummer Tero Hakorinne continue their musical journey.

Following appearances on various tv-shows and extensive touring supporting
bands such as The Hellacopters and The Hives,
The Doits are now ready to conquer Europe.
Their weapon – eleven songs vividly paying homage to such royalty as Tom Petty,
The Byrds and The Velvet Underground – have been produced by legendary pop producer
Christoffer Lundqvist (among others The Magic Numbers and Roxette).
The featured song “The Great Big Fall”
immediately got some serious air play when released as teaser single in Sweden
and the much anticipated full length record is scheduled for a pan-european
release by this fall.
