The Dolphins Fly are currently in the middle of recording thier first album as a full band, with the addition of drummer billy bowen and bassist Nik gunn in early 2008. For the past 18 months the band have been building up an amazing collection of beautifuly crafted songs and working hard in the studio with plenty of highly acclaimed live performances.
.The band hope to complete this very special recording in february 2010 and will be holding a launch party with live performance to celebrate the new album!
With their warm harmonies, layered guitars, infectious grooves and soaring tunes ,the dolphins are reaching a new level of song writing and sophistication. There's so much energy when 'Songs from the Apple Tree' is out there being played from the heart. So may we introduce the one and only The Dolphins Fly. Four West Country boys who will shake the world!
