Bobby is currently writing a book along with esteemed Musical Historian and Editor Marc Roberty ( Author of 30 books including 13 on Eric Clapton ) Bobby and CoCo will be performing many of the songs acoustically (no band) from the Layla album , along with several new songs for their next record .

I think Derek and the Dominos was one of the greatest bands in their time and I love all of the songs you guys put out. Thank you for turning us on to fantastic music. And, Mr. Whitlock, thank you for helping Eric, a/k/a Derek to get off the hard drugs back in the days. He is a better person and you were part of that intervention.
