Sounds Like	We sincerly try to build up our own style, as well as we have personal influences. We flow from the glorious '70s Prog heritage down to the suburbs of modern Heavy Metal, it's just like if Pink Floyd, Jethro Tull, Deep Purple would meet Fear Factory, Porcupine Tree, Soilwork or The Devin Townsend Band. Our advice is to listen to us and judge by yourself.

Affy bud	Jul 2 2009 8:21 AM SABATO 11 LUGLIO 2009 al SINISTER NOISE "stop bitching" CLUB Ore 22:00 INGRESSO 5 EURO Via dei Magazzini Generali 4/b in zona OSTIENSE/PIRAMIDE raggiungibile metro B Serata "i am not very good at maths" con GROGGY'S GROG(Milano) + AFFY BUD + SUNDOWNER. www.myspace.com/sinisternoiseclub GROGGY'S GROG: Arriva da Milano il suono di stampo decisamente aggressivo di questo quartetto con un muro di impatto sonoro saturo e potente, ricco di riff dalle tinte stoner rock, che puo ricordare a tratti il sound dei Californiani Fu manchu e dei Nebula. AFFY BUD: attivi dal '99, diversi i cambi di lineup, ma lo stampo è sempre stato grunge noiseggiante con tinte melodiche. Dai Nirvana per i Verdena ai Pixies e Fugazi tracciamo il binario centrale della loro musica. GLi piace condire il live con potenti improvvisazioni. SUNDOWNER: Una vera e propria perla sonora la musica dei Sundowner, capaci di creare un intelligente e decisamente godibile fusione di Stili, a tratti ricordano Nirvana e Police con linee vocali alla Jeff Buckley ma non solo, da provare assollutamente. Singolare in quanto: 1) l'album è privo di titolo e le 13 tracce non hanno nome (sono anche interamente strumentali); 2) Seim è l'unico musicista accreditato del disco; 3) qualcuno ha definito la loro musica un incontro tra il rock e la musica dei videogame. Che ci sia un po' di follia nel progetto sBach è evidente. Ma è di quella follia sana, che diverte chi guarda e chi ascolta e che, come spesso accade, è in grado di produrre una seppur particolare forma di arte. Accompagnato da Ben Milner, Justin Hunt e Keith Dailey, tutti ugualmente impegnati alle chitarre e ai synth, Spencer Seim si riserva dal vivo la sola batteria. Risultato: confusione, frenesia, un suono tagliente come una lama, un delirio rumoristico e allegramente elettronico che tuttavia non ferisce le orecchie, ma le appaga e le sorprende.
