Around 2 p.m., the Canadian alternative rock band The First Time played the Jager stage. Their debut CD,
TakingBreakingDown, wasn't released until Wednesday of this week, but they still managed to get the crowd on
their side. They were one of the best new acts in Locofest this year. Not only was their music some of the best
all day, but they knew how to put on a show. Their stage presence was awesome and if they are ever in the area
everyone should go see them

THE FIRST TIME tracks have only been on the air a very short time and here are some of the highlights:
TFT Became the first ever 5 time champions in Rock 106's nightly "Cage Match".
Pitted against top bands like Bon Jovi, Tupelo Honey, 30 Seconds to Mars, Hot Hot Heat, and Buckcherry, the TFT boys
emerged without a scratch! Thank you to all the fans that voted!
TFT hit number 4 on CHUO in Ottawa
TFT is number 18 on the charts with "What is This?" on Hamilton's C101.
K-Rock in Charlottetown P.E.I. played "What is this?" as song number 6 in their Top 7 at 7.
