The band from Moscow, Russia. Formed in 2005 as duo. Early material was influenced by some Neue Deutsche Welle and oldschool EBM bands. Subsequently the sound changed to bass-driven atmospheric post-punk and purely electronic tracks were labeled as Tbilisi-89 side-project. There were some line-up changes since October 2007, and in March 2008 finally completed band started recording the current material.
As a homage to the Notchnoi Prospekt, The Forced Oscillations covered "Acids" - a revolutionary track, full of apocalyptic fear and industrial madness, literally. The hymn of a collapsing empire, after 20 years it has a value once again...
