i suppose i started making the ghost monkey tracks in 1999 or so when i realised that the music i wanted to hear didn't really exist. maybe for a good reason - maybe the commercial potential isn't there. anyway. the first vinyl outing, tea for miss yamaha was almost entirely made by yours truly but after that a number of actual living musicians have joined the monkey army - meaning that i can actually tell people what to do and they do it better than i'd imagine. then i'll just mash it all together take credit of everything. science!
