They’re Back.
Following on from a birthday bash at Cox’s Yard Stratford upon Avon in April 2005, The G Men reform.
The original line-up is joined by Jamie leigh who adds a new dimension to their sound.
In September 2005 The G Men return to Cox’s Yard to support the most authentic Clash tribute band Take The Fifth ’What a knockout!’
In February and March 2006 they support Havana a Go Go and Take The Fifth again and their loyal supporters ’go mental’.
Darren met Kirk Brandon on his solo tour and The G Men were contacted by the Spear of Destiny management team for a support slot at West World 5 at The Limelight, Crewe, Cheshire.
May 2006 The G Men play ’Graftonbury’ and this sleepy little village was seriously stirred. They hope to be back there in 2007.
The G Men return to Cox’s Yard in September 2006 and headline the venue with fantastic support from The Hotrocks and The Gundogs - What a mess!!
In November 2006 The G Men support Koser at The Adam and Eve in Birmingham (’The G Men are the most energetic band I have ever seen’ quotes Koser).
The G MEN are very visual and very good looking according to Emma Scott at Kerrang Radio!!
Look out 2008 the G Men Are Back Starting with A support slot with the Vibrators also in the process of arranging Gigs in London,Nottingham and Cambridge
