WE ARE LOOKING FOR BANDS THAT HAVE A GREAT LOCAL FOLLOWING, CAN PROMOTE THEMSELVES AND, OF COURSE, ARE GREAT LIVE!!
BOOKING FORMAT:
1. The Joint is NEVER Pay-to-Play, but we are Promote to Stay! We expect each booked to have a minimum attendance of at least 20 people on a Sunday-Wednesday, and at least 30 on a Thursday-Saturday.
2. We ask that you not have any other shows booked, in or around Los Angeles, within two weeks of the show you book at The Joint.
3. It is much more effective to book and cross promote with bands you know and play well with. The goal is to build and promote a night, not just a slot! When booking a show with us, feel free to suggest any other bands you feel would be a good addition to the night.
The Joint continues to be one of LA's greatest live music venues. With its intimate setting, amazing sound, and newly renovated space, The Joint creates a musical atmosphere unlike anywhere else. We feature the best new bands from LA to New York. **From Tool to Neil Young to Keith Richards, you never know who may show up to give the audience a once in lifetime experience** Come down to see the next generation in music!!!
Thanks for your support of the last NLO concert the photos are now viewable on our myspace site. We are currently mixing the last 6 songs on our 17 track project. Look for it in stores in December 2009

the joint is a rockin venue with a sweet stage and great sound booth and sound guy... all it needs is some "out of state" music pumpin through the speakers
