This is the first full-fledged solo release by Kris Norris, best known for his work in Darkest Hour. The album was co-produced and co-mixed by Cory Smoot of GWAR at his studio in Virginia. The album also features guest vocals by Randy Blythe of Lamb Of God on "Ghostly Shell Removal" and "Remaining Foolish." Magna Carta Records will release a special edition EP "THE GHOSTLY SHELL" on iTunes in upcoming weeks. The EP will be followed by the full-length album "ICONS OF THE ILLOGICAL" release on January 14, 2009 which will be available online and in stores.
Thanks for listening.
Kris Norris decided the direction of this project and named it The Kris Norris Projekt using the letter "k" in project under the direction of one of his friends.

New darkest hour kinda took 2 steps back maybe 3 dude they need you or there just another trash band sad cause you dudes were my favorite band ever you stayed together forever I met you dudes and have the Deliver Us LP with all your signatures on my wall makes me sad cause it was the last time I seen you dudes together! weak...later I guess
You Kris Norris are my role model haha, Deliver us album was awesome, but I can see you had to move on, I hope things work great, love the album man, sick music.
Yeah, it's fucking amazing. The album would be the best I've ever heard, if it had vocals in every song. Despite the lack of vocals, it's unbelievable.
DUDE! SICK SICK WORK! The album sounds amazing. A dude as nice as you deserves all the success in the world. I dont know if your planning on touring but if you do PLEASE come to Atlanta!
Your guitar-work is nuts, sounds great, and is original, all of your song's kick ass, especially the one featured on Guitars That Ate My Brain, keep shredding dude.
