The loveGods started out as a duo performing acoustic sets in a small basement venue in Brighton 3 years ago. The duo became a four piece and grew to be Brighton's biggest independent band. Moving from delicate fragility to fiery intensity, The loveGods entertain and captivate from the moment they get on stage.
Déah met Art whilst busking in Paris and theyve barely come off the road since. French guitarist Art was struck by her incredible voice, took her home, he taught her French, they wrote a song together and their unique musical relationship was born. They moved to London, escaped to Brighton, met drum wunderkind Rob and started gigging around the UK. Discovered that it is impossible on the earthly plane for one person to play guitar, bass and sing lead and harmonies simultaneously. So they prayed and they prayed... and Mezza machine breezed in to save the day.
The loveGods have built up a reputation as one of the most electrifying live bands in the UK. Playing over a 100 gigs in the last year alone, the band have played alongside acts including The Darkness, Fun Lovin Criminals, Ash, Keane and Franz Ferdinand.
