The Madness Method are an original Rock/Pop/Ska act with plenty of attitude.
With crunchy guitars, stabbing trumpet and sax lines, and tunes that make you wobble uncontrollably, these guys have been hailed as the next big thing.
Lead singer Mandy Meadows is no girly whinger. Her lyrics and moves pack punch into what has been likened so such artists as No Doubt, Evanescance, Catatonia, Katy Perry, and Killing Heidi.
Matt Congar (Guitar) and Mandy began their songwriting collaboration in early 2008. Long nights were spent pottering about in Matt's home studio. Lots of swear words were exchanged and plenty of cigarettes were smoked on Matt's behalf, but something special was brewing, that was to become "The Madness Method".
Guitarist Demis Danoudis was introduced in early 2009, and after a brief flirtation with Australian Idol by Mandy which ended with a big up-yours to Dicko (but some television time and a spot in the top 40), Mandy returned more determined than ever. Paul Frangos was placed as drummer after a few hiccups (drummers, pfft!), and the most exciting additions were made- Matt Story and Shelly Ryan on trumpet and saxomophone.
Now gigging in and around Melbourne in the cultural hotspots, TMM is ready to invade you earwaves. Watch this space...
