The Mess Makers were formed in pub talk with mates after a few beers.
Praco was booked and The Mess Makers were born.
The Mess Makers like to play a short songs and short sets.
Their musical taste range from 60's punk to today's eddy current suppresion ring and The Pink fits.
They Two have PHD's in the band and the singer has ADD. The Drummer is a chick n that so they're not sexist.
Featuring members from The Crusaders, The Clear Spots, The Nerdburglars, The Intercontinental Playboys, and The Unfuckable.
They prefer to get asked to do a gig than organise one.
Their debut album "Wipe your face" is out now on Off the Hip Records
Check it out! We got our new website up and running. Visit www.throwuprecords.net and see everything we have going on. We have new videos and our latest release, the Dry Heaves compilation, available for pre-sale. Let all of your friends know!!!
Come and help us pay for our travel from Melbourne. It will make you feel really good about yourself(John Merrick, the Elephant Man, had a benefactor who by all accounts slept extremely well and had regular bowel movements with an excellent firmness of stool) Apart from the charity side off things, we're not too bad either.
Thanks for being our myspace friend. We get spammed all the time on myspace and its getting hard to know who's a fan and who isn't. If you are a fan it would be great to see you at our next gig - see www.jimmyyukka.com. In future the best way to find out about what we are up to is to join our mailing list.
If you have any questions about this or anything you can
It's The Mess Makers!!! Hi how ya goin'? Thanks lots for the ADD... It is nice to cyber meet you :) I am just popping by to say hello and wish you a fun tastic week!!!
BTW if you have a few minutes ... Here is a drum solo I did the other day. I hope you enjoy it! It was just a bit of fun. My ride cymbal flops around all over the place and I lose a stick at the end but that is all part of it.
