The New Sound of Numbers formed in 2005 with Kathryn Refi on drums and Hannah Jones on 12-string guitar and vocals. It has since existed in various permutations, but the current line-up consists of Hannah Jones, Kathryn Refi, Suzanne Allison, Charlie Johnston, Josh Skinner, John Fernandes, and Randy Bewley. The debut album "Liberty Seeds" was released through Cloud Recordings on October 10, 2006.
