The Ocean Fracture are a four piece from the west coast of Scotland, based in Glasgow..... In March 2006, The Ocean Fracture recorded their debut 5 track Mini Album, entitled "The Sunmachine and The Ocean" with Ben Phillips (Bossk, Jairus, November Coming Fire) at City of Dis studios in Kent. Now available through EYESOFSOUND with distribution by SHELLSHOCK in the UK, SUBURBAN in the Benelux, OVERCOME in France and ROBOTIC EMPIRE in the US..... The Cesarium/Black Lung Optimism single, produced by Ben Phillips, mastered by Nick Zampiello (Converge, Daughters, Isis) and with artwork by Seldon Hunt (Khanate, Neurosis, Melvins) was self-released in 2008..... Having recruited a new bassist, The Ocean Fracture are about to release a split EP with Bleaklow, featuring their first new material on record for two years. This is available to pre-order from The Ocean Fracture's online store, and will officially be released on June 26th 2010. ....
