The Overplayers are a 4 piece Acoustic/Rock band in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. With two priciple songwriters and a huge catalog of covers they can play many types of events/venues. Biggest selling point of the band is the presense of brothers Danny & Matt Buzako up front now with Jimmy Dymond on lead guitar. Fun and entertaining is the mantra here.
Danny Buzanko has been writing/performing for different
groups for over 10 years now including Vampid & Graveyard
Western Sky. Matty Buzanko has been the bassist for those
groups and currently with the talented hip Hamilton
band, The Rest. James Richards was playing drums in the
Vancouver scene with The Sweaters among many other
projects. Not limited to drumming, he also took the
frontman duties playing guitar in rock/60's garage
rock/country bands.
Ok, so now you some facts about these guys....so
what?
Well an Overplayers gig is about having a good time
with some good tunes. These guys ain't no shoe gazers,
mirror watching, paint-by-number, cookie-cutter, rubber
stamping drones.

When the Buzanko's and Richards take the stage you can't help but be amazed..or maybe .. just dazed.. An Overplayer gig is like a trip to the zoo with lots of excitement to keep you amused High energy performance is what they do. You can bet they will entertain you.
If you happen you see me there, I'll warn you now to beware. I'm the crazy one with the red hair, Acting silly without a care, Usually... I wouldn't dare.
Somethin bout those Overplayers makes me wanna act like a fool, I just can't seem to keep my cool! I just can't control what I do, ... It could happen to you too!... and If I happen to be sittin beside you.. Be prepared to shout Wooooooo Hoooo!!
