    Formed in Hull in 2002, The Paddingtons smashed their way onto the music scene with their infectious blend of raw anthemic punk/pop, taking no prisoners as they fast established themselves as the darlings of the London 'Inide' scene exploding at that time... .. Fast forward 7 years, 4 top 40 singles, a critically acclaimed debut album 'First Comes First', sold out tours all over the world and an army of devoted fans later, the band were in love with being a band but were left disillusioned with the industry itself. In 2007 they decided to to take their music into their own hands and created an independent record label, 'Mama-Bear Records' from which they released their long awaited second album, 'No Mundane Options'... .. April 2010 saw the release of the E.P 'The Lady Boy Tapes', produced by 'Dirty Pretty Things' guitarist Anthony Rossomando and band mate Didz Hamond and mixed by 'Super furry Animals' and 'Belle and Sebastian' producer Tony Doogan. 'The Lady Boy Tapes' EP featured 5 tracks including a duet with Adam Green, called 'Lady Boy'. , The band have been writing over the past few months and will be going into the studio to start work on their 3rd album this summer.
