We just want to apologise for our songs on Myspace being reduced to pointless thirty second snippets of them (except our self-released remix track, we rule). This has nothing to do with us and has happened without our permission. Due to the nature of this and the fact that it's happened to a few other bands with Major Label releases, we are course mumbling that (maybe) this is Major Label activity to get you to buy the track, what with the music industry being what it is. This may not be the case, of course, but irrespective, we are doing all we can to investigate and rectify.
Obviously those tracks are very old now, so you probably have them, or if you don't, it's because you have no idea who we are - and so for you we're trying to get them back to full song-length versions.

Lieber Barbarossa, Peter Pan, Ariel, Pipi Langstrumpf und Robin Hood, Ihr seid herzlich eingeladen, mit uns im Freischwimmer bei der Märchen-Nacht ins neue Jahr zu feiern. Alle Märchenfiguren und Fabelwesen kommen auch direkt rein und zahlen auch 2,- Euro weniger.

Scathed but not scarred, we persist through relentless gales and cloudbursts on the fringes of the ocean, passing the church in the bay where many a reveler and mourner has been left stranded at high tide. Through fortune and fortitude we reach the shore and are greeted by warm fires, zestful ales and hearty tales shared with our good friend, (sadly soon to depart us). For the storm has abated and the bow has settled. We wipe our blinkered eyes, ravaged and weary; the majestic scenes enveloped by the Island in a blind rage, ever imprinted in our minds”... The Inland Sea is inspired by the isle of Anglesey, a place that has always been close to The Mekkits’ hearts... It was recorded and produced at "Studio Los Mekkitos"... in Manchester, and will be followed next year with the ecclectic debut album!
