Smart, noisy crash pop from Chicago, IL. Second CD "to force a fate" on Lookout! Records. "A bang of power pop epiphany" - Spin. "Exquisitely realized... a stunning work" - CMJ. "Feisty orchestrated pop... guitar parts that recall Neil Young (and) Elmore's Elvis Costello-ish way of spitting bitter pills" - Magnet. "A true rock miniaturist..." A- Robert Christgau, Village Voice. "Gorgeously angry pop-on-speed breakthrough" - Punk Planet

hey, love ur music!!! any chance you could upload the stars of amiture hour??? i think thats what it's called. i found a video of you playing on youtube and the tune is amazing, little hard to here you sing tho :)
Sorry for the late delay but think of this way you'll always be loved and really bands come and go but if you did the solo thing? I think more will appreicate you got the talent of a star....
Elizabeth, I've been listening to the blues channel on Sirius the past couple of days and I realized something: If you married Jim James of My Morning Jacket, you'd become Elizabeth Elmore James. How cool would that be!
Elizabeth, I hope you still remember me I'm a longtime fan. You met me when i was lost at Scripps College in Claremont, CA. it was when you were in Sarge and it was Easter Sunday. I've met up with you again last year when you played at the coffee shop the Motley. I hope the disturbing news is not right? That The Reputation broke up? On no! but knowing you I bet you have a solo album on the works. I hope so I want to see you again you can play us new and timeless old classics. I have to say that Last Morning has been blasting on my car stereo. The live version it's classic. Keep In Touch!
So...the Reputation is officially deceased? Man...I saw your concert in late summer '06, go abroad..and when I get back...you're no more. So sad, you were terrific and I hope there's a chance of reunion down the line.
Heard the Sarge cover of Time After Time this morning and had to jump on here to let you know how fabulous I thought it was! Your music is such an inspiration!
we have twice i saw you at chain reaction in orange county, ca. And i think the other time was the echo in La. Your great persons, e. and i miss the rep.
