Formed 2001. Tommy joins at age of 18 & assures his place in Music History by playing a gig standing outside the bar, 2003. Scott assures his place in Music History by touching his guitar to spent topless dancer, 2004. Charlie assures his place in Music History by drumming damn good, 1987-Current Day. Greg Midgley assures his place in Music History by slamming head while trying to ride plastic lunchcart, completing last song with a concussion, 2004. The Rubes have "recorded" three full length albums: "Clown College" (2003), "Mutiny to A Revolution"(2005), and "The Rubes"(2008).
Sorry for the delay, but I haven't checked my Myspace account for over a month. I do have a copy on vinyl. I have not encoded it on to my computer yet, but that doesn't take very long. Get back to me and let me know if you still need it - it is a fine recording.
At the liquor store the other day. Music comes on radio. So familiar. But can't place it for the life of me. Out the door and five blocks down the street, it smacks me between the eyes. Fkn RUBES!
