these estates are a four-piece rock music group from regina, saskatchewan. they love pugs and youtube videos of animals doing people things and also youtube videos of animals doing animal things. some people like the way their rock music sounds. famous people have played shows with them and other famous people like them, but in both instances they are only kind-of famous people. most of them are in bands. these estates are kind of like silkworm in that regard, if silkworm had a forty-person fan base and couldn't afford to press records.
after two years cutting their teeth live, they have recorded an EP, i can't wait! with the exception of vocals and the keyboards on "we got snakes," everything was recorded live off the floor by orion paradis at soul sound studios, regina, sk. it's gonna be on sale through the magic of the internet really soon and also hopefully through the magic of mail-order and buying it from them in person.
