THE SHOCKERS - FOR ROCKERS!
Trio from Togliatti The Shockers formed in autumn 2005 and since then amuses the public with its flashing humour and fast chords from scenes of various clubs, they played lots of shows in both capitals and other russian cities.
The First official recording of the band is their demo "Love, Peace & Heavy Metal" which was published by themselves in 2007, a year later they recorded a split-cd with Growth Vitamin band - "the First and Last", which was published by several russian labels.
At the beginning of 2009 guys recorded and published 6-track mini-split-cd entitled "Rock..n..Roll United" with Sochi band The Hellzippies, after this they steeped in work over their debut LP, work over which has been finished in the end of april.
New album is entitled "For Rockers!" includes 10 songs, including an immortal hit of all Togliatti dance floors "He doesn..t dance Mosh anymore" and cover on oldschool smash hit from 80s - "Life is Life"
On this cd band shows freshened up sound mixed with youthful enthusiasm, originated from their early works . With pleasure and excitement we present you this release, which we..ll be out in early 09 on Rumble Fish Records.
