SPORTS, MUSIC, AND ART PROGRAMS WILL NOT EXIST IN THE MAJORITY OF CALIFORNIA GENERAL EDUCATIONS SCHOOL. California, the richest state in the nation, in the richest of the most developed nations is regarded in the worst 10 states for educations. Are we going to wait to do something til we're #1? Can you afford to put your education or child's education as risk? Can college students afford higher tuition with less options for finicial aid and scholarships, that is, if they are even accepted into a state school?
