The Swing Commanders have been together for 4 years as a group with a recent line up change which now offers even more musical talent. Featuring 2 fiddles, Mandolin, Sax, Steel Guitar, Accordian, Piano, Lead Guitar, Upright Bass, Drums and multiple vocals this line up is recieving standing ovations almost everywhere they perform and fronted by the supreme Pete Riley the band goes from strength to strength.
Brilliant!! Reminding me of Dan Hicks And His Hot Licks, with the twin fiddles and harmony singing, and general swing! Check 'em out if not known already. ('Strikin' It Rich' is a good album to start)
Cheers guys for a superb gig last night at the beer festival(despite the pa problem)I normally like to say thanks in person but was unable last night so here it is again: thank you very very much and looking forward to the next time.

Hola Guys Bought the 10 Days in Texas DVD at the Winchesters gig at the Aspinall last Thursday and sat up watching it until 3.00am. DVD is a superb account and looked really good fun. Hope you find the success that your talent deserves, hopefully see you at the Austin City Limits one day.
