Through the many years of volunteering music performances at Race for the Cure events and during luminary ceremonies at Relay for Life, it has been a very personal and emotional experience. Looking into their eyes while playing You Are So Beautiful I see the tears of appreciation. To have personally experienced many women giving their lives to create a world without breast cancer, this mission must continue until we achieve what was originally set out to accomplish. The Cure! It is my desire to produce music that will speak to those touched by breast cancer. Simply said, my goal is to put their journey to music. I want to create music that will uplift the listener, as well as to express the emotions experienced while on the journey in the battle against breast cancer. Music can often express what words cannot. I invite you to close your eyes and listen to the first song titled HOPE. This song comes from my heart. It is love, it is hope, it is life. Let this infuse those we love with power and determination when they need it most, and soothe them when they are weary. It is my hope this CD will not only uplift and strengthen those on the journey, but will fill the hearts of everyone with compassion and love and inspire them to join in the fight. The Susan G. Komen Foundation and The Pink Tie Friends will show you how to help, and money raised through sales of this CD will help both organizations fund research, education, support, and treatment.
