I run a night called Moda with my friends Andy George, Benni Cassette & Ingo Staar. In 18 months we’ve gone from a 300 person launch party, to selling out a 1600 capacity super-venue, being broadcast to the world on Radio 1 & getting announced the 4th best club in the UK by Mixmag!! We’d be nothing with the Moda army though- the coolest, sexiest bunch of over-excitable nocturnal ravers in the UK, maybe even the world!...
I also DJ; sometimes on my own and sometimes with my Moda cohort Andy George. We recently recorded an Essential Mix for Radio 1, which showcased our jump-up, block-party sound.... there's a link on this page if you wanna check it out!
I make & remix records too! I’ve done stuff for Skint, Southern Fried & of course Moda Music. My tracks have made their way onto compilation CD’s as well as being signed to other labels overseas, which is quite cool.
Since October Mr George & myself have been hosting our own show on Radio 1, as part of In New DJ's We Trust. We play Electro, Disco, Indie, House, New Wave, Synth Pop... basically if it makes us wanna dance then it's on the show!... Come check us out on the FIRST FRIDAY of EVERY MONTH!!
