ThisOldPistol started out as a a three piece band in 2005.
Originally called lazarus,they recorded and performed under that name.
mostly a live band in the local music scene, they tried out many a fourth member,but none stuck.In may of 2008 matthew Wade ,from Portland Oregon,
joined the band it was back to formula with a whole spectrum of possibilities.
With matt came the versitility of guitar ,theremin,keys and insane musician ship to match the carisma and musical diversity of Ian john and kyle.
They have since begun to cultivate a sound that is everchanging and unexpected.If nothing else one can be taken by their abilty surprise,and high energy performances.The band recently recorded The "DENISE EP".
