a travel show in a constantly foreign language where people in all visited countries are dressed in stereotypical native dress and are interviewed by the host, and the only thing you can ever make out somewhere in the interview is "come on come on do the locomotion with me" at which point the announcer stops and everybody says "yaaaaaaayy" and throws their hands up and they explode. Then the commentator says over the fireball "sllliiiimmmeeddddd...in Brazil". Or wherever they are. Also, COPS!
