Coffee, my friends, snippets of conversation I hear in the supermarket or on tv, song ideas that come to me when i'm half asleep, and all the amazing punk music I grew up on and still love.

Got a classy review the other week, from melodic.net: This album looks like it should be very good. At least if you ask me. But that is the only thing with this album that is good. It's boring nonsense lofi singersonwriter pop without any nerves and melodies. Just something pointless sort of music that I forgot the same minute I took it out from the CD-player.
NICE!
Skye, the ex journalist that she is, couldn't help but write a "reply":
Upon discovering its author is melodic.net's Editor In Chief, this review looks like it should be very good. At least if you ask me. But it’s boring, nonsense, error-laden, arrogant, lazy and uninformed pap lacking in insight and a basic understanding of the definition of the word ‘melody’. Just a pointless sort of review written by an egocentric Swede - the kind of review that I’ll forget as soon as I get this off my chest.
Whichever way you lean, you can hear the whole album here..
"Everyone is right about Show Your Bones. When it was released I thought nothing could beat it... but then How Does It End (Tim Steward) came out and it's fucking incredible. Tim wins.." Best album of 2006 - Fasterlouder.com.au
The album is in shops now.. In Brisbane you can buy it at
I was driving in my van and you stuck your head in the drivers seat and said to me "no more glocks, no more vibraphones". because you had been touring and every band you had recently played with had them in the line up. But after you said that, you shook your head and said that you still loved them anyway?
I don't know what this means. But you were quite determined to tell me because you had your head in the window while I had the motor running.
